Can I add my logo on the product?

Yes. Logo customization is available for suitable order quantities.
The logo position and printing method can be confirmed before production.

What is the MOQ for standard and customized orders?

For standard products without logo or custom packaging, the MOQ is usually 5 cartons per model, starting from around 30 pcs depending on the product model and carton packing.

For logo customization, logo stickers can usually be supported from 500 pcs, while laser logo is generally available from 1,000 pcs per model.

Can you customize the packaging?

Yes. Packaging customization can be supported based on your order quantity and requirements. Custom color box options are generally available from 1,000 pcs per model, and the cost should be confirmed by order.

Neutral carton customization can also be discussed depending on your order quantity, carton design, and shipping requirements.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes. Samples can be arranged before bulk order so you can check product appearance, function, packaging, and market suitability. Sample fees can be deducted from your bulk order when confirmed.

Do you inspect the products before shipment?

Yes. We can check product appearance, accessories, pump matching, labels, packaging, quantity, and outer carton condition before shipment.

 Will you provide inspection photos or videos?

Yes. Inspection photos and videos can be provided before final balance payment or shipment arrangement, helping you confirm the order condition remotely.

 What are your payment terms?

For sample orders, we accept PayPal to make the first cooperation easier and faster.

For bulk orders, we accept T/T bank transfer to our business USD account. Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Before the balance payment, we can provide production updates, inspection photos, packing photos, and shipment-related documents for your review.

 How long does production usually take?

Production usually takes around 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. The exact lead time may vary depending on order quantity, model availability, packaging requirements, and customization details. We will confirm the estimated production time before order confirmation.

What accessories can be supplied together?

Common accessories include filters, water pumps, cleaning brushes, and replacement parts depending on the product model.

Do you provide warranty or after-sales support?

Yes. The normal warranty period is one year. If quality issues occur, we will help check the problem and provide suitable support based on the order situation.
